ServerPoint Technology Limited ("ServerPoint", "We", "The Firm") operates as a Data Controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). We architect digital systems that prioritize the integrity and confidentiality of client data.

2. Information Collection

Through our "Portal" and "Synergy" modules, we collect:

Identity Data: Name, Corporate Title, and RC Number.
Contact Data: Email address and verified Phone numbers.
Technical Data: IP addresses and browser fingerprints for security auditing.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for system architecture, project deployment, and automated communication. We do not sell data to third-party brokers.

4. Data Retention & Security

All data is stored using industry-standard encryption. We retain project data for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years as required by Nigerian corporate law.

5. Your Rights
